About Me
I'm the founder of Balance & Bloom Bookkeeping, a registered BAS Agent and Xero specialist dedicated to helping Australian businesses gain confidence in their numbers and spend more time doing what they do best.
Bookkeeping has been my career for many years, and throughout that time I've worked with businesses across a wide range of industries—from hospitality and construction to professional services, retail, healthcare and everything in between. My experience has allowed me to develop practical systems that not only keep businesses compliant but also improve efficiency and support long-term growth.
Before starting Balance & Bloom Bookkeeping, I was one of the directors of another established bookkeeping practice, where I managed a diverse portfolio of clients and developed a passion for building strong relationships with business owners.
That experience reinforced something I strongly believe today- great bookkeeping isn't just about data entry—it's about providing reliable support, clear communication and giving business owners the confidence to make informed decisions.
Balance & Bloom was created with a simple goal: to provide bookkeeping that is accurate, proactive and genuinely supportive. I wanted to build a business where clients feel like they have a trusted partner rather than just someone processing transactions behind the scenes.
I'm also passionate about embracing technology. The bookkeeping industry is evolving rapidly, and I believe businesses should benefit from those advancements. My vision is to continually implement automation, artificial intelligence and streamlined systems wherever they add real value.
